Ellie Horwitz, Secretary of NEOWA, lives in West Concord, MA. Retired after many years as Chief of Information & Education for MassWildlife where she headed up media outreach, publications, school programs, Becoming an Outdoors-Woman, and much more, she is currently active as a tai chi instructor and remains involved in a variety of outdoor education programs.
