and Scholarship Awards Luncheon

Tentative Schedule of Events
9 a.m. Full breakfast of eggs, pancakes, bacon, sausage, home fries,
juice and coffee will be available beginning at 9 a.m. for $5 per person.
9:30 a.m Board of directors meeting.
Preview the scholarship raffle prizes.
11 a.m. Annual Meeting.
Excellence in Crafts Awards -- winning images and articles will be
available for viewing.
12:30 p.m. Social hour: Meet and talk with our scholarship winners.
Appetizers: cocktail shrimp, cheese and crackers, carrots
and celery, stuffed mushrooms and clam chowder.
Special hors d'oeuvres by Supporting Member WildCheff
Denny Corriveau.
1:30 p.m. Luncheon Banquet.
Presentation of the Richard Cronin and Joe Yerka awards.
Presentation of the Scholarship Awards and Heritage Award honoree.
Scholarship Fund raffle.
Note: There is no charge to attend the annual meeting and take part in the
morning activities. There will be a $25 fee to cover costs of the Luncheon
Banquet, which will be ribeye, fresh ham, seafood casserole, pan gravy, rice,
mashed potatoes and vegetables. Dessert: assorted pastries. All will be served buffet style. Coffee will be available throughout the day.
